What's Cookin'? 8/11/07

I got my grocery shopping done this afternoon, so I was able to plan out our weekly menu, as usual. Here's some of what I'll be cooking up this week...

English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches w/ Bacon, Eggs & Cheese, Hash Browns, Strawberries & Blueberries

Beef & Swiss Cheese Patty Melts, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw

Beef & Chipotle Macaroni & Cheese, Mixed Greens Salad

Homemade Deep Dish Pizza & Spinach Salad

Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Corn on the Cob & Coleslaw

Pollo Estrella, Flour Tortillas,Tortilla Chips, Refried Beans & Mixed Greens Salad

Porterhouse Steaks, Baked Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli

Dinner tonight was good, I am pleasantly satisfied!
