What's Cookin'? 7/6/08
I hope you had as nice a Fourth of July as I did! I seem to get distracted the week of a holiday and forget to post our menus... No worries though, because today I am back on schedule sharing with you the meals I've planned in advance for the upcoming week. Here's some of what I'll be cooking for us this week...
Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Shells w/ Tomato-Basil Marinara Sauce & Mixed Greens Salad
Oriental Barbecued Ribs & Vegetable Fried Rice
Meal-Sized "Everything" Salad w/ Seafood, Bacon & Cheese & Multi-Grain Garlic Bread
Grilled Turkey & Swiss Cheese Sandwiches on Rye Bread, French Fries & Mixed Raw Vegetable Platter w/ Creamy Honey-Mustard Dip
Mexican-Style Pounded Steak w/ Cheese & Green Chili Sauce, Flour Tortillas & Mixed Greens Salad
Bleu Cheese & Pecan-Stuffed, Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts & Oven-Roasted Potatoes w/ Sweet Corn
Waffles, Chicken-Apple Sausage Links & Raspberries w/ Whipped Cream
And now back to our regularly scheduled cooking...
