What's Cookin'? 10/26/07

I have so much going on this weekend that I thought I'd better pull the menu for the upcoming week together as early as possible, or it might not get done until the last minute. I hate working under pressure, so here it is a day or so early...

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwiches, Hash Browns

Seafood & Cheese Omlettes, Whole Wheat Toast

Strip Steaks, Baked Potatoes & Mixed Greens Salad

Tuna Steaks & Lemon Pasta w/ Broccoli & Walnuts

Polish Sausage, Macaroni & Cheese, Mixed Greens Salad

Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Veggie Fried Rice

BBQ Chicken Breasts, Cheesy Chipotle Potatoes, Coleslaw

Main Course Salad w/ Seafood, Cheese & Bacon & Pizza Bread

I hear Uncle Bob wishes we lived closer so he could come and eat with us...

We wish we lived closer too...
